MSA Cloth Shin & Instep Guards

The MSA Cloth Shin & Instep Guards are designed to provide lightweight protection for the shin and instep during controlled martial arts sparring. Each guard features a thick inner foam pad to help absorb impact while maintaining flexibility and freedom of movement.

The outer layer is constructed from stretch cotton material, allowing the guards to slip on easily and fit snugly around the leg. The sock-style design helps keep the guards securely in place during movement, making them suitable for regular training use.
