Its shorter length provides more manageable handling for youth practitioners while maintaining the traditional curved profile of a full-size bokken. Crafted from red oak with a smooth polished finish, it features visible natural wood grain and a comfortable rounded handle.

The removable floral tsuba and retaining ring provide additional hand protection and can be removed when a guardless configuration is preferred.
