CSG Ankle Guards

The CSG Ankle Guards are designed to offer added ankle support and protection during training without restricting movement. Commonly used in Muay Thai and striking disciplines, ankle guards help reduce friction, minor knocks and strain around the ankle joint while allowing natural foot movement.

Made from a stretch fabric that fits securely around the ankle, these guards are comfortable for regular use during pad work, bag sessions and sparring. Lightweight and easy to wear, CSG Ankle Guards are a simple addition to any fighter’s training gear.
