The CSG Arm & Elbow Protectors – Version 2 are commonly used in Taekwondo training and sparring to help protect the forearms and elbows from accidental contact and repeated impact. In training environments where kicks, blocks and close-range movement are involved, these protectors provide added confidence for both athletes and instructors.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the protectors move naturally with the arm, allowing students to maintain correct technique without restriction. Comfortable and secure during wear, they are well suited to regular Taekwondo classes, drills and controlled sparring sessions where additional arm protection is beneficial.
