Daedo Adjustable Human Dummy

The Daedo Adjustable Human Dummy is a freestanding training dummy designed for targeted strikes, combinations and accuracy drills. Its moulded human torso provides a realistic target for martial arts practice at home or in the club.

Adjustable from 153 to 178 cm, it lets you vary the target height to suit different users and training routines. The torso is mounted on a hard plastic base designed to be filled with water for stability during use.

Its freestanding design makes it a practical addition to home gyms, martial arts clubs and commercial training spaces, without permanent installation or wall mounting.

• Adjustable height: 153–178 cm
• Moulded human torso for targeted striking practice
• Hard plastic base to be filled with water
• Freestanding design with no wall mounting required
