Constructed from reinforced HG-Steel, this heavy-duty wall bracket is engineered to withstand intense sessions and repeated impact without flex or movement. With a strong 9kg frame and durable support arms, it is rated to support punch bags up to 136kg, making it suitable for boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and fitness training.

The 2ft projection offers excellent bag clearance from the wall, allowing for better movement, striking angles, and bag swing during workouts. When training is finished, the side-folding arm design helps maximise floor space, perfect for shared or multi-purpose environments.

Finished with a powder-coated surface and anti-rust treatment, the bracket is designed for long-term durability in indoor gyms, garages, and covered outdoor areas. A secure 6-bolt mounting system provides excellent wall stability for added confidence during heavy bag sessions.
