Red Oak Bo Staff

The Red Oak Bo Staff is a traditional wooden training weapon designed for martial arts forms, technique drills and controlled weapons practice.

Constructed from red oak, the staff features a smooth polished finish, rounded ends and visible natural wood grain. Its long cylindrical profile provides the reach and leverage required for practising strikes, thrusts, blocks, sweeps, transitions and traditional staff forms.

Available in 60-inch and 72-inch lengths to accommodate different practitioner heights, training environments and instructor requirements.

Suitable for Okinawan Kobudō, bōjutsu, karate weapons training and other martial arts systems incorporating long-staff techniques.
